As a forward-looking company, we transport goods in the Asian and European trading areas. As an essential part of our company, the operational division ensures that we can fulfill and ship orders efficiently so that our customers receive their items on time.
Your tasks:
- Planning and management of day-to-day operations with a focus on sea freight, rail freight and air freight
- Handling the entire shipping process from order acceptance to invoicing
- Preparation of quotations and invoices
- Customer support and advice
- Communication with service providers, agents and cooperation partners in the Far East
- Continuous maintenance and expansion of cooperation with customers
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services OR at least two years of experience in freight forwarding
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Fluent English for communication with foreign partners and customers
- Flexibility and organizational talent
- Ability to work in a team
